[Robin definitely looks like she doesn't feel well at all. ]

I put the soup in the fridge for you.

[She closes her eyes again, turning her head and coughing into the pillow beneath her.]

Wanna put on a movie?

You sure it isn't going to disturb you? You look pretty damn exhausted.

Which sucks cause I woke up and I was fine.

[She smiled fleetingly.]

It'll be fine. I like having some background noise when I sleep. Makes me feel like I'm not alone.

[Did she mean to admit that? Probably not.]

Alright.

[Steve doesn't mind backgrounds noise himself. It keeps his mind pretty distracted.]

Anything specific?

Anything's fine. [She probably won't be awake for much of whatever it is, anyway. But at least she probably won't be passed out for sixteen hours?]

[He gets up and moves towards the video tapes. Surely he'll be able to find something to entertain them both. ]

[Robin listens to him looking through tapes and then eventually sliding one into the VCR and booting up the TV. She appreciates that he keeps the sound on the lower level.]

You can sit on the couch if you want. [It was going to be the easiest place to watch TV from.]

[Steve moves to join her along the sofa. Letting her stayed curled up and comfortable. He really hates seeing her like this and hoped it'll pass soon. ]

You should try eating later.

Yeah.

[She shifted a little to give him a bit more space.]

Hopefully it will help you feel better.

[At least give her a bit of strength.]

[Steve just let's out a small sigh. ]

Come on, it'll help me sleep. [It definitely will not, but you're lucky she hasn't asked before now, Steve. It's been like three weeks.]

[Surely Robin had heard about it or seen the flyers. ]

And then Barb went missing....

[She forces herself to breathe slowly at that. She'd so been hoping that Barb had just taken off, the way Robin had planned to.]

Since 83', yeah.....

So Will was in the Upside Down. [That...actually puts a lot of things into context.]

Yeah. Will missing and Barb missing brought Nancy and Jonathan together. You know, the whole shared trauma bullshit.

[She might be a lot more familiar with that these days, Steve. In practice rather than as a concept.]

Okay. And you got involved because of Nancy.

[That made a little sense at least, given the boy who went missing was best friends with Nancy's little brother and also her best friend went missing. She remembers seeing Steve and Nancy together after Will showed back up, though. At the movie theater, in fact, on what she assumed was a date. She doesn't want to press on the Nancy thing, though. She's not trying to hurt Steve.]
